Bellringing is a great team activity, sociable, challenging, excellent exercise and, most of all, fun.

Practice night is Thursday, from 19.30-21.00 in the belfry. New learners are always very welcome indeed.

THE BELLS WILL BE RINGING AT ALL SAINTS ON THE FOLLOWING DATES

On Sundays the bells will always be rung before the 10.30 service and sometimes before the 6pm service.

They will ring occasionally for Funerals.

Friday 17th April 2026 – ¼ peal attempt-Peak District Ringers – Ring 12.00-13.00 approx

Saturday 18th April 2026 – North Cave Visiting Ringers – Ring 16.10 – 17.15 approx

Friday 24th April 2026 –  Somerset & Friends Visiting Ringers – Ring 11.40 – 12.25 aprx

Saturday 7th November 2026 – Half muffled Peal Attempt Peak District Ringers

Ring 10.00 – 13.30 approx

Sunday 8th November 2026 – RemembranceRing bells half muffled 10.30 – 10.55.  Tenor will toll slowly until 10.59. Bells will then be silent and the clock will strike 11am – starting the 2 mins silence.  The bells will ring again when the parade leaves Rutland Square until it enters church 11.10 -11.20 approx

( NB- ½ muffled rounds from 10.35. Ring bells 2, 3, 5, 6, 7. Toll 7.)

(Take ¼ hammers off after 10.30 and put back on after 10.45)

(Start Standing – 10.50 – Treble (2) Stand.  10.52 – 2nd (3) Stand. 10.54 – 3rd (5) Stand.)

(10.56 4th (6) Stand.  10.56 -10.59 & 20secs Toll 5th (7) Stand when clock red hand on 20.)
