Dawn and dusk, every day.

Taking attention beyond words - deep, comtemplative prayer, also known as Meditation or Prayer of the Heart, has long proved an effective way to that spiritual wholeness, which fulfils the deficiencies of life without.

In the world but not of it - by practice transcending talk and thought, Spirit is found to be constantly present - the pure perfection from which all proceeds.

Meditation's low profile relates to Mary, who simply held direction while Martha lost herself in worldly cares (Lk.10,38-42).

Interest / participation is always welcome.
